RETURN POLICY
Defender Outdoors stands behinds its products and we want you completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange. Product must be in new and unused condition and with all original tags. Items that are damaged in any way or have any signs of use will not be accepted. Returns initiated after 30 calendar days have passed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Face Masks and Neck Gaiters may not be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in store at our Fort Worth location. You must bring the item in the original packaging along with your invoice.

BY MAIL
You must have an account to create a return shipment. If you place an order as a guest, you will have to register with the same email address to convert your guest account into a customer account.
1. Log into your Account
2. Click My orders
3. Click View on the order you wish to return
4. Click Return items at the bottom of the page to create the return shipment
5. Choose the products to return and quantity, along with return reason
6. Click Send
Please note you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. Defender Outdoors is not responsible for lost or misplaced shipments.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow at least 3 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within 3 days to arrange for an exchange or refund. Defective items reported after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund.
